ASPECT is an association of community-based trainers that represents and promotes the interests and activities of members to strengthen their capacity to provide services to people with barriers to employment.  MCC ECD has been affiliated with ASPECT for over 12 years.  MCC ECD works in partnership with ASPECT to deliver IMMPowerBC, a program that is designed for skilled immigrants and internationally trained professionals.

The Career Management Association of BC exists to identify and move forward the interests and needs of organizations, associations and practitioners impacted by career development, career management and career information within the Province of British Columbia.  MCC ECD is an active member attending the annual Career Development Conference and partners with the CMA to raise awareness of sector councils through the National Integrated Delivery Strategy.
